Walser is an alpine herb bitter, which is produced where nature gave man peaks and glaciers which are among the highest in Europe: the Monte Rosa massif. In the Upper Lys Valley, in Valle d' Aosta, the Mountain Community Walser which has been present since 1200 and carries centuries of tradition, created this precious recipe.

Giovanni Rapa, founder of the Liqueur Company, picked up the tradition and began the production of this sincere and genuine bitter at the end of the 800s, faithfully reproducing the recipe, with undiminished passion and art.
