Gentian Pratetto Bitter

Inthe Cervo Valley, not far from Andorno Micca, home of the Liqueur Company Giovanni Rapa, we find Pratetto.
A lovely place, full of ancient charm, it harmoniously alternates forests with meadows. And it is with the gentians which are born here that Giovanni Rapa, founder of the same-named Liqueur Company, developed what he called a Pratetto bitter, both to celebrate the site and to evoke a mild, pleasant and very aromatic product.
Today, Pratetto Bitter is still produced with selected gentians, respecting the original recipe.
